Robert K. O'Connor, age 55, of Pottsville, PA passed away Sunday, April 5th, 2015 at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, PA.
Born in Pottsville, PA on June 13, 1959, he was the son of the late Maryann (Kadingo) and Robert R. O'Connor who survives him in Pottsville.
Bob was a 1977 graduate of Nativity BVM High School. He worked as a Steamfitter in the Pipefitter's Local 524 and as a Construction Boilermaker for Local 13.
In addition to his father, Bob is survived by his wife of 32 years, Kathryn ( Wade) O'Connor, Pottsville; 3 children: Ashley O'Connor, Mechanicsville, Kevin O'Connor, Port Carbon, and Caitlin O'Connor, Cressona; 3 grandchildren: Dyllan, Devin, and Henley; 3 brothers: Jack O'Connor, Hometown. James O'Connor, Laflin, and Colin O'Connor, Pottsville; and nieces and nephews.
Services and Interment will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
The Robert A Evans Jr Funeral Home, 208 Pike St., Port Carbon is in charge of arrangements.
