Donald C. Correll, age 62, of Port Carbon, PA passed away Monday, April 17th, 2017 at Lehigh Valley Hospital in Allentown.

Born in Pottsville, PA on November 27, 1954, he was the son of the late Lester J. Correll and Mary (Reilly) Correll, who survives him in Saint Clair.

Donald worked for Tamaqua Cable in Schuylkill Haven. He was a member of Grace United Methodist Church in Port Carbon, a member of the Second Mountain Rod and Gun Club and the North Ward Social Club, both in Schuylkill Haven. And he also loved to go hunting and fishing.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a brother Brian Correll and a son Erik Correll.

In addition to his mother, Donald is survived by a son Jason M. Correll Sr, Mechanicsville; 2 daughters: Carissa L. Curry and her husband Tyshawn, Pottsville and Nicole M. Correll, Minersville; 4 grandchildren: Jason Correll Jr., Brody Correll, and Tsirell and Takiera Curry; 5 brothers: Gary Correll, St. Clair, Michael Correll, Middleport, Timothy Correll, Mechanicsville, Thomas Correll, St. Clair, and Mark Correll, Palo Alto; 3 sisters: Judith Stephenson, Pottsville, Cheryl Correll, St. Clair, and Cynthia Bynon, St. Clair; and many nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service will be held at the Robert A. Evans Jr. Funeral Home, 208 Pike St., Port Carbon at 7PM on Tuesday, April 25th,  with Rev. Lorraine Heckman officiating.

Relatives and Friends are invited to visit with the family Tuesday evening from 5:30-7pm at the Funeral Home.

Interment will be held private.
