Adam C.W. Goodman

Adam C.W. Goodman, age 33, of Pottsville, PA passed away Sunday, March 31st, 2024 at Geisinger St. Luke's Hospital in Orwigsburg.

Born in Palmerton, PA on May 26, 1990, he was the son of the late Eugene Bruce Goodman and Beth A. (Transue) Goodman and her companion Mike Kernan, who survives him in Minersville.

Adam was a graduate of Pottsville Area High School, Class of 2009. He worked as an operator at Walmart Distribution in Highridge. Adam was an avid Eagles fan, loved camping, and bowling with his wife and children.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a brother James M. Goodman.

In addition to his Mother, Adam is survived by his wife of 11 years, Rebecca Ann (Callaghan) Goodman, Heckscherville; his three children: Emily, Kristen, and Adam Jr.;  sisters: Judith Ann Goodman DeLong wife of  Ralph, Bethel, Laura M. Goodman-Jenkins, St. Clair, Amy B. Best and her companion Mike Manbeck, Rehrersburg, Tara A. Carl wife of  Samuel, Port Carbon, and Heather M. Snyder wife of  Randall, Port Carbon; brothers: Eugene B. Goodman Jr. husband of  Heike, St. Clair and Butch L. Reed husband of  Heather, Texas; sister-in-law Kelly Goodman, St. Clair; many nieces and nephews; and his dog Max.  

A Religious Service will be held at the Robert A. Evans Jr. Funeral Home in Port Carbon at 7PM on Thursday, April 4th, with Rev. Lorraine Heckman officiating.

Relatives and Friends are invited to a viewing on Thursday from 5-7PM at Robert A. Evans Jr. Funeral Home.

Interment will be held private.
