Marie Carolyn Glasser, age 94, of Schuylkill Haven, PA passed away Wednesday, April 28th, 2021 at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Schuylkill in Pottsville.

Born in Port Carbon, PA on September 26, 1926,  she was the daughter of the late William L. and Caroline (Wintzenburg) Glasser.

Marie was a graduate of Soldier's Memorial High School in Port Carbon. She worked as a Office Service Manager at Phillips Van Heusen in Pottsville, PA, Piscataway, NJ, and Bridgwater, CT and she was a member of the Zion Lutheran Church in Frackville

Marie was the last member of her immediate family, being preceded in death by her parents, brothers: Millard Glasser (Dorothy Schaeffer Glasser), Earl Glasser (Lorraine Winterstine Glasser), and Donald Glasser (Ouida Thacker Glasser), sister Margaret Glasser Archibald (Walter Archibald), nephew John Archibald, and niece Cynthia Jones Archibald.

Marie is survived by nephews: Walter Archibald, New York; Dean Glasser, Weatherly, PA; James Glasser, Virginia; and Donald Glasser, Virginia; nieces: Carolyn Krammes, Muncy, PA. Leslie Anderson, Florida, and Penny Glasser; and great nieces and great nephews.

A Religious Service will be held at the Robert A. Evans Jr. Funeral Home in Port Carbon at 11AM on Saturday, May 8th, with Rev. Carl Shankweiler officiating.

Relatives and Friends are invited to a viewing on Saturday from 9-11AM at the Funeral Home.

Interment will be held in the Charles Baber Cemetery in Pottsville.
