My deepest sympathies to all of Joe’s family. I had the pleasure of working with Joe over my 36 year career w/PA DEP in Pottsville. Joe was a wonderful, thoughtful and special person. We could argue over an issue and then go for coffee or a meal. He was always doing something for someone and was always a joy to be around. I can see him showing the angels how to polka. May his soul and the souls of all the faithfully departed Rest In Peace. Amen.
