Albert Michael “Yocko” Kroznuskie of Minersville, PA passed away on Thursday December 23rd at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest in Allentown.
Born in Minersville, PA on November 4, 1946, he was the son of the late Albert and Helen (Evans) Kroznuskie.
Albert attended Minersville schools and worked in the coal industry as a heavy equipment operator until his disabling stroke. He was an active member of the Goodwill Fire Company in Minersville serving the community until he was incapacitated by his stroke, but remained a life member.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by granddaughter Andi Wallick, sisters: Elizabeth Vuksta, Dolores Latanishen, and Alberta Firestine, and a brother George Kroznuskie.
Albert is survived by his son Michael Kroznuskie and his wife Denise, who he resided with for the past 16 years in Minersville; two daughters: Josette Wallick and her husband Nicholas, Arizona and Millie Kroznuskie, New Philadelphia; grandchildren: Jessica Mistishen (Mike), Forestville, Andrea Chambers (Justin), Arizona, Adrienne and Alex Kroznuskie, Minersville, Audrey Wallick, Arizona, and Alexa Gustis, New Philadelphia; great-grandchildren: Kylee, Carter, Bailey, and Abby; sisters: Helen Reed, New Philadelphia, Marie "Charmaine" Miller, Minersville, Irene Shirk, Fredericksburh, and nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be held private.
The Robert A Evans Jr Funeral Home in Port Carbon is in charge of arrangements.
