Angelica Fort Schwalm

Angelica Fort Schwalm, age 26, of Port Carbon, PA passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, April 25th, 2021 in Columbia County. Born in Pottsville, PA on January 26, 1995, she was the daughter of the late Robert D. Fort and Christine M. Straka, who survives her in Port Carbon. Angelica was a graduate of Pottsville Area High School, Class of 2013. She worked as a front end manager for Boyer's in Orwigsburg. In addition to her Father, she was preceded in death by maternal grandfather Andrew Straka Jr and paternal grandmother Annette Fort In addition to her Mother, she is survived by her husband of 6 years, Joshua M. Schwalm, Pottsville; a  son Connor R. Schwalm, Pottsville; maternal grandmother Dolores Straka, Friedensburg; sister Rachel; brother Ricky; and aunts, uncles, and cousins. Relatives and Friends are invited to a viewing on Thursday April 29th from 6-8PM at the Robert A. Evans Jr. Funeral Home in Port Carbon.
