Carol Frantz Obituary

Carol Ann Frantz, age 76, of Palo Alto, PA passed away Tuesday, December 21st, 2021 at the Reading Hospital.

Born in Pottsville, PA on April 25, 1945, she was the daughter of the late Raymond and Emma (Reed) Geiger.

Carol worked as a van driver for both the I.U.29 and Pottsville Schools. She loved going camping, playing bingo, going to the casino, and had a great sense of humor. Most of all she loved spending time with her family and grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years William R. "Bill" Frantz on august 8, 2014, sisters: Geri Jobrey and Gladys Kuperavage and a brother Eddie Kissinger.

Carol is survived by five children: Patricia Prutzman, Charles "Chuck" Frantz, Raymond Frantz, Sharon Fanelli, and William "Bumper" Frantz; ten grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, a sister Cathy Schroeder, a brother Tony Geiger. and nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services and Interment will be held private.
