Gladys Joan (Geiger) Kuperavage

Gladys J. Kuperavage, age 82, of Port Carbon, PA passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, February 21st, 2021 at her home.

Born in Saint Clair, PA on August 2, 1938, she was the daughter of the late Raymond and Emma (Reed) Geiger.

Gladys was a graduate of Saint Clair High School, Class of 1956.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Edward P. Kuperavage on December 6, 2010, an infant son, five sisters: Evelyn Steranko, Mabel Kissinger, Dorothy Botzer, Betty Berkheiser, and Rachel Jones, and a brother Charles Geiger.

Gladys is survived by daughter Theresa Covely and her husband Wayne, St. Clair; daughter Christine Zanis and her husband Stephen, Pottsville; son Edward Kuperavage and his wife Christine, Port Carbon; daughter Elaine McDonald and her husband Brian, Pottsville; son Michael Kuperavage and his wife Tammy, Port Carbon; twelve grandchildren: Nicole, Lauren, Matthew, Kristian, Edward, Ashley, Danielle, Samantha, Zachary, Michael, Andrew, and Hunter; five great-grandchildren: Matthew, Andrew, Dylan, Emma, and Edward; brother John Geiger, Fleetwood; sister Carol Frantz, Palo Alto; and nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services and interment will be held private at convenience of the family.
