Jason Felix Gonzalez

Jason F. Gonzalez, age 28 of Port Carbon, PA passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, September 4th, 2021. Born in Bronx, NY on November 2, 1992, he was the son of Israel and Johanna (Quinones) Colon. Jason was a graduate of Minersville High School. He loved playing basketball, riding his dirt bike, and most of all, spending time with his kids. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Marcelino and Carmen Colon Jason will be sadly missed by many and is survived by his three children: Jason F. Gonzalez Jr, Adam N. Gonzalez, and Journee Gonzalez; two sisters: Alisha Chambers and Destiny Seranfini; 4 brothers: Elijah, Israel, and Isaac Colon and Mark Morales; his maternal grandmother Gloria Quinones; two uncles Israel and Pedro Quinones and aunts, uncles, and cousins. A Religious Service will be held at the Robert A. Evans Jr. Funeral Home in Port Carbon on Sunday September 19th at 5PM, with Pastor Francisca Aguayo officiating. Relatives and Friends are invited to a viewing on Sunday afternoon from 12-5pm at the Funeral Home. Interment will be held private.
