John Henry Polon IV

John H. Polon, IV, age 47, of Pottsville passed away Saturday, June 26th, 2021 at Lehigh Valley Hospital in Pottsville. Born in Pottsville, PA on June 11, 1974, he was the son of the late John and Rose (Kodak) Polon III. John is survived by his fiance' Korin Collins; two sisters: Denise Barnes and her husband Earl and Kimberly Kauffman; nephew Joseph Barnes and his fiance' Ashley; and nieces and cousins.
