Karen J. (Wilkinson) Liebner

Karen J. Liebner, age 62, of Port Carbon, PA passed away Thursday, March 4th, 2021 at Lehigh Valley Hospital- Cedar Crest in Allentown.

Born in Pottsville, PA on January 19, 1959, she was the daughter of the late Walter B. and Doris A. (McNeely) Wilkinson.

Karen was a graduate of Pottsville Area High School, Class of 1977. She worked as a manager at the Alpha Distribution Center in Orwigsburg.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister Doreen Wilkinson and a brother Walter Wilkinson.

Karen is survived by her husband of 43 years, Mark Liebner, Port Carbon; a daughter Christa Alexander and her husband Brian, Pottsville; a son Joshua Liebner and his wife Melissa, Indianapolis, IN; a grandson Will Alexander, Pottsville; a brother-in-law Fred Liebner and his wife Ann Marie, Pine Grove; three sisters-in-law: Anne Liptock and her husband Mike, Pottsville, Mary Cagle and her husband Charles, Auburn, and Jane Wallner and her husband Dave, Reading; and nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated will be celebrated at the St. Clare of Assisi Roman Catholic Church in St. Clair on Tuesday March 9th at 11AM, with Msgr William Glosser officiating.

Relatives and Friends are invited to visit with the family on Tuesday morning from 9:30-10:30AM at the Robert A Evans Jr Funeral Home in Port Carbon.

Interment will be held in the St. Stephen Cemetery in Port Carbon.
