Kathleen Agnes (Tray) Hepner

Kathleen A. Hepner, age 76, of Port Carbon, PA, passed away on Thursday, July 31st, 2025 at Schuylkill Center, Pottsville.
Born in Pottsville, PA on August 19, 1948, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Wanda (Pawlavloskie) Tray.
Kathleen was a member of the former St. Stephen Roman Catholic Church in Port Carbon. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, going shopping, going to yard sales, and the casino. She also liked collecting jewelry and antiques.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a grandson Brian Hepner, a brother Joseph Tray, and sisters: Rose Brown, Beth Ann Souchek, Martha Cash, Gladys Lisnock, and Janet Conville.
Kathleen is survived by her husband of 59 years, Howard J. Hepner, Port Carbon; two sons: Michael Hepner and his companion Cindy Mummey, Schuylkill Haven; and David Hepner and his wife Tricia, Drexel Hill; grandchildren: Devan Joy, Lynsey Deiter, and Michael Hepner Jr.; great grandchildren: Dylan, Eyan, and Asher; sister Wanda Svrchek; brother James Tray.  and many nieces and nephews.
