Margaret Mary (Lehan) Porter

Margaret Mary Porter, age 77, of St. Clair, PA passed away Friday, December 10th, 2021 at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Schuylkill, East, Pottsville.

Born in Pottsville, PA on June 2, 1944, she was the daughter of the late Andrew and Mary (Tarkcovich) Lehan.

Peggy was one of eleven children and was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Vincent Porter, sisters: Catherine Lehan, Cecilia Studley,, Evelyn Pisonick, Janet Crawford, and Elizabeth Jovalusky, and brothers: Cyril Lehan and John and Michael Jovalusky.

Peggy is survived by daughters: Maryann Dixon and Lisa Heffner; eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; brother Walter Lehan and his wife (Barb); sister Mildred Tray; caregiver Kim Lutzkanin; and nieces and nephews.

A Graveside Service will be held at the Odd Fellows Cemetery in Saint Clair at 10:30AM on Friday, December 17th.

There will be no procession from the Funeral Home to the cemetery.

The Robert A Evans Jr Funeral Home in Port Carbon is in charge of arrangements.
