Maria (Dziemitko) Weiss

Maria Weiss, age 96, of Pottsville, PA, passed away on September 24th, 2024 at Tremont Health and Rehab Center.

Born in Poland, on September 15, 1928, she was the daughter of the late Piotr and Serafina Dziemitko.

Maria worked in housekeeping at Manor Care Nursing Home in Pottsville. She was a member of St. John the Baptist Church in Pottsville.

She was preceded in death by her husband William Weiss.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. John the Baptist Church in Pottsville on Tuesday October 8th at 10AM, with Rev. Kevin Bobbin officiating.

There will be no visitation or procession to the church.
