Regina Marie Jenkins

Regina M. Jenkins, age 69, of Port Carbon, PA , passed away on Monday, December 19th, 2022 at her home.

Born in Ashland, PA on July 14, 1953, she was the daughter of the late Benjamin and Elizabeth (Demko) Zendrosky.

Regina worked as a registration clerk for the Good Samaritan Hospital and then the Lehigh Valley Hospital, Schuylkill in Pottsville. She was a member of former Mary Queen of Peace Church in Pottsville.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother-in-law Benjamin Sharp.

Regina is survived by her husband of 50 years, Bruce Jenkins; a daughter Tammy Kuperavage and her husband Michael; a son Jason Jenkins and his wife Lauren; four grandchildren: Michael, Andrew, and Hunter Kuperavage, and Jaytia Jenkins; a brother Gerald Zendrosky and his wife Lynda; two sisters: Betty Ann Sharp and Bonnie McDonald and her husband Francis; and nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday December 29th at 11 AM at the Robert A. Evans Jr. Funeral Home in Port Carbon, with Deacon Jack Quirk officiating.

Relatives and Friends are invited to visit with the family on Thursday morning from 9:30-11AM at the Funeral Home.

Interment will be held private.
