It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Theresa Marie Cizauskas on April 4, 2025, at the age of 94. Theresa was born on May 2,1930 in New Philadelphia, PA, to Andrew S. and Agnes (Lescavage) Carroll.
Theresa met the love of her life and beloved husband, John Francis Cizauskas of 62 years. Theresa was known for her family and religious values, prolonged hugs, and love and support for her family and community. Theresa took great pleasure in celebrating holidays, vacationing in Hawaii, going to casinos, and attending regular luncheons with her friends. Along with her husband, she was a devout member of St. Stanislaus Roman Catholic Church in Lansdale, PA.
Theresa worked as a Bookkeeper for Penna. National Bank. Her work experience continued as an Executive Secretary at AEL in Palmer, PA. Later, she worked for Sperry, Rand, Univac, Unisys as an Executive Secretary where she retired.
Preceded in joining the Lord: Mother & Father, Andrew & Agnes Carroll, her husband, John Cizauskas, and her siblings, Agnes (Trembicki) Carroll, Regina (Laughlin) Carroll, Andrew S. Carroll Jr., Joseph Carroll, Marie (Buber) Carroll, and Anna (Dubosky) Carroll.
Theresa is survived by her sister Helen (Wendel) Carroll and several loving nieces and nephews.

Funeral services are under the direction of Robert A. Evans Jr. Funeral Home, 208 Pike St., Port Carbon, PA 17965 on Saturday, April 12th at 12:00PM. Theresa’s final resting place will be at Sacred Heart Cemetery in New Philadelphia, PA following the services.
