Willaim Seth "Smiley" Gall

William Seth "Smiley" Gall, age 49, of Saint Clair passed away Saturday, January 27th, 2024 at his home.

Born in Pottsville, PA on November 30, 1974, he was the son of the late Beverly D. (Lowe) Gall and George E. Gall, who survives him in St. Clair.

Bill was a graduate of Pottsville Area High School, Class of 1992. He worked as a supervisor at East Penn Manufacturing in Fleetwood. Bill loved visiting Disney and was an avid fan of the Pittsburgh Pirates and Steelers

In addition to his father, Bill is survived by his wife of 15 years, Renee A (Melochick) Gall, St. Clair; brother Edward Gall and his wife Sarah, Gresham, OR; his fur babies: Maddux, Parker, Mavis, and Poppy, and Jasmine, Smokey, Luna, Ziva and Nico; very good friends The Lubinsky Family of St. Clair; and aunts and uncles.

Funeral Services and interment will be held private.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Erin Regan Animal Sanctuary P.O. Box 1012 Picayune, MS 39466. The family would like to thank the LVHN Hospice for their amazing care.
