My deepest condolence and sympathy for the loss of your husband, father, and friend. Frank and I worked together at the bleach & dye. We also fished together many times and many places. He was always willing to teach you something about how to catch a fish. I can fondly remember Frank along with Joey & Jimmy fishing with me at blue mountain lakes many times. He would be at sweet arrow and I would razz him about not being able to catch a fish even if it came out of the water and bit him. He was always full of fun.
I will very sadly miss him at fishers dam and all the places fishing was allowed. I hope there is a pond wherever he might be headed now. Sincerely Franks friend Jim Wineland
